I'm Samuel Shiffman, a Global Macro Analyst at Steno Research, where I focus on data, global monetary policy, and central banking. I started this Substack as a space to share my market insights and break down my views on the world of finance.

I've been lucky enough to learn from mentors who've been in the game way longer than I have—and who have also made a lot more money along the way. My goal has always been simple: work hard and surround myself with people who think alike, all in the pursuit of perfecting my trading journey.

And on a personal note, I grew up on "Clark Street." It's where I learned to ride a bike, played countless games of hide and seek, even lost my cat, and shared my first kiss. Clark Street is more than just a place—it’s been the backdrop of my life, witnessing my growth, my wins, and my losses.
